Heather Sebastian - Principal

Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She is a Certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for Advancement of Costs Engineering International (AACEI). She has been providing professional scheduling services for over twenty years, encompassing all aspects of scheduling for a project.

Heather has direct scheduling experience on projects in the United States and Asia costing over $8 billion and schedules consisting of over 40,000 activities. Project types have included residential, tenant interior build-outs, restaurants, malls, hotel / resorts, gaming, schools, theaters, parking garages and hospitals.

Heather takes great pleasure when able to take a classroom of interested people and illuminate their minds to the power of professionally executed CPM scheduling. From fundamentals and theory, to nuanced operations within P6 that unlock powerful project management abilities.
